A Cleanup Day at Ostia Pier
News - 11 March 2025
On March 9th, the Ostia Pier underwent a transformation, thanks to the incredible energy of the @ostiacleanup volunteer team. Together, we collected and sorted waste, restoring this stretch of shoreline to its natural beauty.
This initiative demonstrated that, with a bit of effort and teamwork, we can make a difference for our environment. In just a few days, a neglected area turned into a shining example of sustainability and respect for nature.
The day was made even more special by our collaboration with @chiarawphoto, who captured the most beautiful moments through inspiring photos that tell the story of our commitment.
A special thank you goes to the team at @ostiacleanup: extraordinary individuals with whom we hope to continue collaborating on many more projects. Their enthusiasm and dedication were key to the success of this day.
We hope this event marks the first step on a long journey, and that more and more people will choose to join us. Let’s not forget that every small action contributes to a cleaner future.
If you’d like to do your part, pick up litter during your walks by the sea or in the woods, and document your cleanup efforts on our website. Together, we can do so much for our planet.
